We use it to improve recognition for you: on your next scans your recent corrections (for example a dish name you typed) are passed to the AI as a short hint; your identifier and the photo are not part of that hint. The last 50 corrections are kept and erased automatically 90 days after your most recent one. For our own analysis we keep a copy of the same record without the identifier (a one-way code instead) - also 90 days; aggregate counters (for example how often “Portion” was chosen) are not linked to anyone.

The numbers read and a one-way device code are kept for 120 days after the last photo of that product, then erased. Once a second independent source confirms the numbers, they stay in the product base without the device code.

We do not store card details - these are handled by the App Store / Google Play.
• საიტზე გადახდა:Payments on the website: balansiapp.ge-ზე გადახდას ამუშავებს სს „საქართველოს ბანკი“. ჩვენ ვინახავთ მხოლოდ შეკვეთის ნომერს, გეგმას, თანხას, გადახდის სტატუსს და აქტივაციის კოდს. ავტომატური განახლებისთვის ბარათს ინახავს ბანკი - ბარათის ნომერს ჩვენ ვერ ვხედავთ. გამოწერის გაუქმებისას შენახული ბარათი ბანკთან იშლება.payments on balansiapp.ge are processed by JSC Bank of Georgia. We keep only the order number, plan, amount, payment status and activation code. For automatic renewal the card is stored by the bank - we never see the card number. When you cancel, the stored card is deleted at the bank.

• შეხსენებები:Reminders: თავად თქვენს ტელეფონში იგეგმება - push-ტოკენს სერვერზე არ ვგზავნით.scheduled on your phone itself - we do not send a push token to a server.
• Apple Health და Health Connect:Apple Health and Health Connect: მხოლოდ თუ თავად ჩართავთ (აპში „დაკავშირებული აპები“). Balansi reads calories burned (active and from workouts), steps, workouts (type, duration, distance) and weight, to show your activity and add calories you burn to your daily target; it saves your meals (calories, protein, carbs, fat) and weight there. This data is processed on your phone, with one exception: when you write to the PRO AI chat, today's steps, calories burned and sleep (if available) are sent with your message so the answer can take your day into account. They are processed by Google Vertex AI for that answer only: we do not store them separately and they are not used to train AI. Health data is not sent to analytics, to advertising or to any other third party, it is not sold and it is not used for ads. The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can turn access off at any time in the app or in the Health app / Health Connect, where you can also delete what was saved.

აპის მონაცემების უმეტესობა (პროფილი, დღიური, წონა) თქვენს ტელეფონში ინახება და მათ თავად მართავთ. სერვერზე ვინახავთ მხოლოდ მოკლევადიან ჩანაწერებს (მაგ. AI-ის შედეგები - 30 დღე; სკანის შესწორებები - ბოლო შესწორებიდან 90 დღე, ანგარიშის წაშლისას კი მაშინვე) და გამოწერისთვის საჭირო მონაცემებს, შეკვეთების ჩანაწერებს კი - იმდენ ხანს, რამდენსაც კანონი და აღრიცხვა მოითხოვს. წაშლის მოთხოვნისას მონაცემები წაიშლება გონივრულ ვადაში, გარდა იმ შემთხვევისა, როცა მათი შენახვა კანონითაა საჭირო.Most app data (profile, diary, weight) is stored on your phone and stays under your control. On our server we keep only short-lived records (e.g. AI results - 30 days; scan corrections - 90 days after the most recent one, or at once when you delete your account) and what a subscription needs, and order records for as long as the law and bookkeeping require. When you ask us to delete data, it is removed within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

6უსაფრთხოებაSecurity

კავშირი დაშიფრულია (HTTPS) და ვიყენებთ გონივრულ ტექნიკურ და ორგანიზაციულ ზომებს თქვენი მონაცემების დასაცავად. თუმცა, ინტერნეტში გადაცემის არცერთი მეთოდი არ არის 100%-ით უსაფრთხო და ჩვენ ვერ ვიძლევით აბსოლუტურ გარანტიას.Connections are encrypted (HTTPS) and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
