ბალანსი პრო არის ციფრული გამოწერა ბალანსის მობილურ აპლიკაციაზე (iOS და Android). ის ხსნის:Balansi Pro is a digital subscription to the Balansi mobile app (iOS and Android). It unlocks:

• AI ფოტო-სკანერს (ულიმიტოდ, სამართლიანი გამოყენების ფარგლებში: სერვისის დასაცავად უჩვეულოდ ბევრი სკანი შეიძლება დროებით შეჩერდეს) - კერძის ფოტოდან კალორია, ცილა, ცხიმი და ნახშირწყალი;AI photo scanning (unlimited, within fair use: to protect the service, an unusually high number of scans may be paused for a while) - calories, protein, fat and carbs from a photo of your meal;
• AI ნუტრიციოლოგს ჩატში, 24/7;an AI nutritionist in chat, 24/7;
• რეცეპტებს მაცივარში არსებული ინგრედიენტებიდან და ბარკოდის სკანერს;recipes from what is in your fridge, and the barcode scanner;
• ტექსტით ჩაწერას - დაწერე, რა ჭამე, და AI კალორიებს დაითვლის.logging by typing - write what you ate and the AI counts the calories.

2ფასებიPrices

ფასები მითითებულია ქართულ ლარში (GEL, ₾):Prices are in Georgian lari (GEL, ₾):

• 1 თვე1 month - 9.99 ₾
• 6 თვე6 months - 39.99 ₾ (6.67 ₾ თვეში)(6.67 ₾ per month)
• 1 წელი1 year - 69.99 ₾ (5.83 ₾ თვეში)(5.83 ₾ per month)

გადახდას ამუშავებს საქართველოს ბანკი, მის დაცულ გადახდის გვერდზე. ბარათის მონაცემებს ჩვენ ვერ ვხედავთ და არ ვინახავთ.Payments are processed by Bank of Georgia on its secure payment page. We never see or store your card details.

3მიწოდებაDelivery

პროდუქტი ციფრულია - ფიზიკური მიწოდება არ ხდება. გადახდისთანავე ეკრანზე ჩნდება ერთჯერადი აქტივაციის კოდი. აპში გადადი პროფილში, დააჭირე „პრომო კოდი“ და ჩაწერე ის - პრო მაშინვე ირთვება.The product is digital - nothing is shipped. Right after payment a one-time activation code appears on screen. In the app, open Profile, tap “Promo code” and enter it - Pro turns on immediately.

თუ თანხა ჩამოგეჭრა, კოდი კი ვერ მიიღე, მოგვწერე ელფოსტაზე ან Instagram-ზე გადახდის დროის მითითებით - კოდს ხელით მოგცემთ.If you were charged but did not get a code, email us or message us on Instagram with the time of payment and we will issue it by hand.

4ავტომატური განახლებაAutomatic renewal

გამოწერა ავტომატურად განახლდება არჩეული პერიოდის ბოლოს - იმავე ვადით და იმავე ფასად (9.99 ₾ ყოველ თვე, 39.99 ₾ ყოველ 6 თვეში ან 69.99 ₾ ყოველ წელს), სანამ არ გააუქმებ. ამისთვის ბარათი დაცულად ინახება საქართველოს ბანკთან. ავტომატური განახლება მოქმედებს ბარათის ნომრით გადახდისას; Google Pay-ით ან Apple Pay-ით გადახდა ერთჯერადია - პერიოდის ბოლოს პრო დასრულდება და განახლებისთვის ხელახლა უნდა იყიდო.The subscription renews automatically at the end of the chosen period - for the same term and price (9.99 ₾ every month, 39.99 ₾ every 6 months or 69.99 ₾ every year) - until you cancel. To do this, your card is stored securely by Bank of Georgia. Automatic renewal applies when you pay by entering a card; a Google Pay or Apple Pay payment is one-off - Pro ends at the end of the period and you buy again to continue.

ჩამოჭრა ხდება მიმდინარე პერიოდის ბოლო დღეს, რომ პრო არ შეგიწყდეს. თუ ჩამოჭრა ვერ მოხერხდა, კიდევ ორჯერ ვცდით, დღეში ერთხელ. მესამე წარუმატებელი ცდის შემდეგ გამოწერა ჩერდება და შენახული ბარათი იშლება.The charge is made on the last day of the current period so Pro does not lapse. If it fails, we try twice more, once a day. After a third failure the subscription stops and the stored card is deleted.

5გაუქმებაCancellation

გაუქმება შეგიძლია ნებისმიერ დროს, საფასურის გარეშე:You can cancel at any time, free of charge:

• აპში: პროფილი → პარამეტრები → „გამოწერის მართვა“ → „გამოწერის გაუქმება“;in the app: Profile → Settings → “Manage subscription” → “Cancel subscription”;
• ან მოგვწერე ელფოსტაზე beka@balansiapp.ge - გავაუქმებთ 2 სამუშაო დღეში. თუ გაუქმება გინდა, მოგვწერე მომდევნო ჩამოჭრამდე მინიმუმ 2 დღით ადრე.or email beka@balansiapp.ge - we cancel it within 2 business days. Write at least 2 days before the next charge.

გაუქმების შემდეგ შემდეგი ჩამოჭრა აღარ მოხდება და ბარათი ბანკთან იშლება. უკვე გადახდილი პერიოდი ბოლომდე მოქმედებს.After you cancel there are no further charges and the card is deleted at the bank. The period you already paid for stays active until it ends.

6თანხის დაბრუნებაRefunds

ბალანსი პრო ციფრული მომსახურებაა, რომელიც კოდის გააქტიურებისთანავე იწყება. ამიტომ თანხა ბრუნდება მხოლოდ ქვემოთ ჩამოთვლილ შემთხვევებში:Balansi Pro is a digital service that starts the moment the code is activated. Money is therefore refunded only in the cases below:

• კოდი არ გაგიაქტიურებია:Code never activated: სრულ თანხას დაგიბრუნებთ, თუ გადახდიდან 7 დღეში მოითხოვ. კოდის გააქტიურების შემდეგ თანხა აღარ ბრუნდება.full refund if you ask within 7 days of payment. Once the code is activated, the payment is not refundable.
• ავტომატური განახლება:Automatic renewal: განახლების ჩამოჭრა არ ბრუნდება. გაუქმება შეგიძლია ნებისმიერ დროს - მაშინ შემდეგი ჩამოჭრა აღარ მოხდება.renewal charges are not refunded. You can cancel at any time and no further charge will be made.
• ორმაგი ან შეცდომით ჩამოჭრა:Double or mistaken charge: ზედმეტად ჩამოჭრილ თანხას სრულად დაგიბრუნებთ.the extra amount is refunded in full.
• ტექნიკური ხარვეზი:Technical fault: თუ პრო ჩვენი მიზეზით არ მუშაობდა, პრო-ს იმდენი დღით გაგიგრძელებთ, რამდენიც არ იმუშავა.if Pro did not work through our fault, we extend Pro by the number of days it was down.

მოთხოვნა გამოგზავნე ელფოსტაზე beka@balansiapp.ge - მიუთითე გადახდის თარიღი და თანხა. პასუხს 5 სამუშაო დღეში მიიღებ. დამტკიცებული თანხა იმავე ბარათზე ბრუნდება საქართველოს ბანკის მეშვეობით; ანგარიშზე ასახვის ვადა ბარათის გამცემ ბანკზეა დამოკიდებული.Send the request to beka@balansiapp.ge with the payment date and amount. You will get an answer within 5 business days. An approved refund goes back to the same card through Bank of Georgia; how fast it shows up depends on your card's bank.

7App Store-ში შეძენილი გამოწერაSubscriptions bought in the App Store

iPhone-ზე აპის შიგნით შეძენილ გამოწერას Apple ამუშავებს. მისი გაუქმება და თანხის დაბრუნება ხდება Apple-ის მეშვეობით: პარამეტრები → შენი სახელი → Subscriptions, ან reportaproblem.apple.com.Subscriptions bought inside the app on iPhone are processed by Apple. Cancel them and request refunds through Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or reportaproblem.apple.com.
